This Privacy Policy explains how YourNeuroTune processes personal data on its marketing websites and landing pages, including uk.yourneurotune.com, and in connection with enquiries, free trials and advertising measurement.

1. Who we are

YourNeuroTune is operated by YourNeuroTune Operations B.V. and affiliated YourNeuroTune companies. In this policy, we refer to them together as “YourNeuroTune”, “YNT”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

2. What personal data we collect

When you use our landing pages, request a savings check, request a free trial or book a call, we may process the personal data you choose to provide and technical information generated by your visit.

  • Contact details such as your name, business email address, phone number, gym or company name and website.
  • Information about your gym or business, such as your current music setup, approximate annual music/PPL/PRS spend and number of locations.
  • Technical information such as IP address, user-agent, browser/device information, page URL, referrer and UTM or advertising campaign parameters.
  • Consent choices from our cookie banner and cookie/browser identifiers where you allow Marketing cookies.

3. Why we use this data

We use personal data for the purposes below, depending on how you interact with us.

  • To respond to your enquiry, savings check or free trial request.
  • To contact you about the specific request you submitted through the form.
  • To prepare a call, demo, quote or music/licensing analysis for your gym or fitness business.
  • To operate, secure and improve our websites and lead forms.
  • Where you have granted Marketing consent, to measure the performance of our advertising and understand which ads lead to enquiries or bookings.

4. Lead forms and enquiries

When you submit a savings check, free trial request or similar form, we use your details to contact you about that request. We do not add you to a general marketing list simply because you submitted that form.

We may store lead and enquiry details so that we can follow up, avoid duplicate enquiries, improve our sales process and keep a record of business communication.

5. Cookies and consent

We use a cookie banner to let you choose which optional cookies and similar technologies you allow. Necessary cookies keep the website working. Marketing cookies and advertising measurement technologies are off unless you allow them.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew consent.

6. Advertising measurement: Meta Pixel and Conversions API

This section applies to our marketing websites and landing pages, including uk.yourneurotune.com, where we advertise our services on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

With your prior Marketing consent through our cookie banner, we use two related tools provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (“Meta”): Meta Pixel, a browser-based advertising measurement technology that records certain actions you take on our website, and Meta Conversions API, a server-side connection through which our server sends advertising event information to Meta.

We use these tools to measure the performance of our advertising, understand which ads lead to enquiries or bookings, attribute conversions to campaigns, improve campaign effectiveness and avoid counting the same conversion twice.

  • Cookie and browser identifiers, including _fbp and, where you arrive through a Meta ad, _fbc.
  • Your IP address and technical information about your browser or device, such as user-agent.
  • The page you visited, landing page context, referral information and advertising campaign parameters such as UTM parameters.
  • Event information about actions you take on our website, such as viewing a page, opening a calculator, playing a music preview, submitting contact details, completing a lead form or clicking through to book a call.
  • A technical event ID used to deduplicate browser and server events, so the same conversion is not counted twice.
  • Where you provide them in a form and have granted Marketing consent, hashed versions of your email address, phone number, first name and last name.

7. Hashing and Meta matching

Hashing means contact details are converted into a coded format before they are sent. Hashed data is not anonymous, because Meta may use it to match the event to a Meta account where one exists.

We do not use Meta Pixel or Meta Conversions API unless you have granted Marketing consent. We do not use server-side advertising measurement to bypass your cookie choices. If you reject or withdraw Marketing consent, Meta Pixel does not load and we do not send advertising measurement events about your visit to Meta through the Conversions API.

8. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers to operate our website, forms, hosting, email notifications, booking flow and advertising measurement. These providers may process personal data only for the purposes described in this policy and under appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

  • Hosting, database, email and website infrastructure providers.
  • Calendly or similar booking tools when you choose to book a call.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, where you have granted Marketing consent, as our advertising and advertising-measurement partner for Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect our rights.

9. International transfers

Some of our service providers and advertising partners, including Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and its affiliated companies, may process personal data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the UK Extension to that framework or equivalent UK transfer mechanisms.

10. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including handling enquiries, following up business requests, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and improving our website and lead process.

Advertising and cookie-related data is kept according to the relevant cookie duration and the retention rules of the advertising or analytics platforms involved.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you are located and the data involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
